So I finished watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Every. Single. Episode.

And I Love. It. Absolutely love it! LOL. As I think I mentioned, I ignored it for so long because it just sounded dumb, but here I am gladly biting my tongue. I know nobody probably cares anymore, but I'm loving this. Angel is okay, but I love me some Buffy.

Or, more specifically, some Giles. :P

Yes, I fell for the geek again. So Rupert Giles smiling and dangling his glasses off a chair arm is my computer background atm. So shoot me.

Anyway, I wanted to let you all know that things have been insane with the choir concert and getting ready for finals, but I am working on the next chapter of For Choices. I also wanted to ask if anyone here knows enough about Buffy that they'd read it if I wrote a fanfic. For this one I'm thinking early season 5 right now, pre-Dawn. (Not that I don't love Dawn; she just doesn't fit into my plot.) I'll go ahead and say it's all a lot of angst and h/c and Watcher/Slayer relationship Giles and Buffy friendship stuff.

If you've read any of my fan fiction at all, you have an idea how that's going to turn out. :P

So, thoughts? Christmas won't be busy like Thanksgiving I don't think, so I'll have time to write, and so I'll need something else to write, so I'd like to know if it's even worth starting this thing, or if it should just stay in my head...

What do ya'll think? Buffy fan fiction from me welcome at all?

Night everybody!

Okay...I was only reminded of NaNoWriMo about three or four days before it started, and I had no plan. I had a banked story idea I'd been wanting to novel for years, but no detailed plot outline. That, and school is crazy. Being a senior is work. I've barely written three paragraphs, and the first of only four weeks is over. I think I'm going to scrap what (nearly nonexsistent) work I've done, focus on keeping my grade-point average up for graduation, plan better for next year and try again then.

This is not giving up. This is realizing I was ill-prepared, and strategizing to do the preparation and go all the way next year! *pumps fist* Yeah! Just tell me you don't hate me. *hands together* Please?

Sunday I was busy catching up on homework from being gone all weekend, but today I started in on NaNoWriMo!

I know of two or three of ya'll, but who else is participating? If you are, let me know and tell me what your name is there so I can add you as a buddy! I only have one buddy there so far, a girl I know here who got me into this in the first place, and I feel lonely there without anyone else. Besides, if any of you post summaries or excerpts or updates or whatever, I want to see them! Because I know they'll be awesome because my flist rocks! *huggles flist*

I hate school. Okay, I don't hate school, but I hate having so much school work. Welcome to senior year, me. Ugh.

Anyway, here I am...posting.

I saw several of you all talking about this NaNoWriMo thing...and I signed up. I didn't know what in the frell you were talking about, so I went to the website and realized it was the same thing a couple of good friends of mine had been telling me about not too long ago. They were bugging me to do it, since I'm sort of a writer anyway, and especially since I've been doing too much fanfiction and not enough original stuff lately anyway...

So, join up I did. Did I mention I'm a senior in high school? I don't have time for this! Yet I'm honestly going to try. One thing I can do is type fast; whether or not anything readable comes out is another matter. :P

I guess we'll see! Well, I'm off to plan. I won't be able to do it this weekend, just before it's time to start writing, because of that chior thing. Though thank goodness the friend that's in it has parents who were willing to pay for a hotel room over there even though it's only an hour away...she and her mother are going to let me stay in it with them, so I won't have to drive back and forth like last year. Yes!
